Advertiser Responsibilities
- Ensure all ad content complies with applicable advertising standards and laws
- Provide accurate targeting and budget information
- Respond promptly to publisher requests and inquiries
- Honor payment obligations for approved ad placements
Publisher Responsibilities
- Ensure your website or platform complies with applicable laws and content policies
- Accurately represent your audience and traffic metrics
- Display approved ads in accordance with advertiser specifications
- Maintain proper ad placement and avoid ad fraud or manipulation
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
- Engage in ad fraud, click fraud, or impression manipulation
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform, including ad creatives, descriptions, and business information. By uploading content, you grant AbakwaAUX a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Platform.
Platform Content
All Platform content, including software, design, logos, and text, is owned by AbakwaAUX or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Google Analytics Integration
Publishers may choose to connect their Google Analytics account to the Platform. By doing so, you acknowledge that:
- We access your Google Analytics data in read-only mode
- We use this data solely to provide analytics insights within the Platform
- We do not modify, delete, or store your Google Analytics data beyond what is necessary
- You can disconnect your Google Analytics account at any time
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this data with us
Disclaimers and Limitations
Platform Availability
We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbakwaAUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Payment Terms
For advertisers using paid features:
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees (for paid accounts)
- Any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform or its users
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
